Project enquiries may include your name, email address, optional phone number, company name and the brief you submit. Creator applications may include your name, email address, optional phone number, social handle, selected discipline, a PDF CV and any message you provide.
We use project enquiry details to respond to potential work. We use network application details to assess and reply to applications. We do not sell personal information.
We use Resend to deliver enquiries and applications, and Google Workspace hosts the mailbox that receives them. We use Vercel to host the website and provide cookie-free, aggregated site analytics and performance measurements. Upstash supports abuse prevention for public forms and holds a backup copy of each submission, without the CV file, for up to 90 days so that a delivery failure does not lose it. Vimeo receives standard connection and device information when you choose to play an embedded video. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms; some processing may take place outside your country.
Enquiry and application records are normally retained for up to 24 months, or longer where an active working relationship or legal obligation requires it. Limited security and operational records may be kept for a short period to prevent abuse and diagnose delivery problems.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to request data portability where applicable. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. To make a request, email us at contact@parklanestudios.com. For more information about complaints, visit the AEPD website.
